Booking & Payment Policy

Advance payment is mandatory for booking cabs.

The balance amount must be paid to the driver in installments, as and when required by the driver during the trip.

Important Note:
When you book a vehicle with us, it is reserved exclusively for you on the specified date, and we decline other bookings for that vehicle. Therefore, if you cancel the booking for any reason, the advance booking amount is non-refundable.

Refund Policy

The booking amount becomes non-refundable after three (3) calendar days from the date of booking.

If you cancel the booking after three calendar days, you will not be eligible for any refund.

If you reduce the number of travel days or change tour destinations after arrival, vehicle charges will not be reduced or adjusted, and no refund will be issued.

The full trip amount must be paid as per the booking voucher.

Passenger & Safety Guidelines

While visiting beaches, please carry an extra pair of clothes.

Passengers wearing wet clothes after sea bathing are not permitted inside the vehicle under any circumstances. There will be no compromise on this rule.

Please take care of your belongings before leaving the cab. The company is not responsible for lost items.

Hotel / Resort Parking Responsibility

While booking hotels or resorts, please ensure that:

please ensure  Vehicle parking space is available

please ensure Driver washroom facility is available

If parking or washroom facilities are not available, the vehicle will be parked at the nearest paid parking area, and parking charges  will be billed additionally.

This issue usually arises with tent camps, government guest houses, and low-budget lodges . customer staying in  friends home and relatives home and rental flat .

Tempo Traveller – Important Information

If you are hiring a Tempo Traveller for a Kerala tour, please avoid booking hotels/resorts near:

Kovalam Lighthouse Beach , North Cliff Varkala Beach. 

These areas have narrow and steep roads, where Tempo Travellers cannot access.
Pickup and drop will be provided only from the main road. 

Outstation Pickup Policy

30% advance payment is required for outstation pickups (e.g., Coimbatore, Madurai, Kanyakumari, Chennai, Bangalore, etc.).

This advance amount is non-refundable.

Kilometer & Usage Policy

Kilometers are calculated on a Garage-to-Garage / Base Station-to-Base Station basis:

Kochi to Kochi - Trivandrum to Trivandrum

The customer is responsible for tracking trip kilometers.

If the driver needs to travel to nearby areas (e.g., restaurants or facilities not available near the hotel), those kilometers will be included in the trip total.

Any complaints regarding mileage or service must be reported immediately.
Complaints raised on the last day of the trip will not be accepted.

AC & Vehicle Conditions

A/C will work only while the vehicle is running.
(A/C will not operate when the vehicle is parked.)

If the vehicle is not in good condition at the time of pickup, please inform the company before starting the trip, and we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

Any damage to vehicle seats or interiors caused by passengers will be charged to the passengers.

Pickup & Drop Policy

Only one pickup point and one drop point are included.

Multiple pickups or drops must be informed in advance via email or WhatsApp before making the booking payment.

Driver Duty & Timing

Normal All Driver Sightseeing duty time: 08:00 AM to 09:00 PM Only ( for sightseeing days only this time limit ).

before 8 AM and After 09:00 PM, an additional driver allowance of ₹300 per hour will be charged.

No Need it additional driver allowance  for early morning airport or railway station pickups.

Parking, Toll & Additional Charges

Toll and parking charges are included only once per location.

Repeat visits to the same location will incur additional toll and parking charges.

Shopping malls and shopping centers charge parking on an hourly basis, which will be billed additionally.

Unforeseen Circumstances

In case of vehicle breakdown or accident, an alternate vehicle will be arranged.
Replacement time depends on the location and situation.

In certain city or town areas where stoppage is not permitted, guests will be dropped at the nearest legal and safe location.

Expenses caused by factors beyond our control, such as:

Roadblocks

Political disturbances

Natural calamities

Traffic conditions
must be borne by the customer.

Taxi rates are subject to change during festivals, peak seasons, vehicle availability, or last-minute bookings.

Travel times are approximate and may vary due to traffic and road conditions.
